say goodbye to the $5 coffee shop latte. (but maybe not the pumpkin spice latte from SB. & definitely not the coffee shop all together. i have a serious love for sipping a cup of coffee in a local coffee shop. but that is another day & another post.)
so pretty next to the matching cuisinart coffee grinder. (thanks, julie byrd!)
step 1: steam your milk. according to SB policy, it is ok for milk to sit after steaming. it is never ok for espresso to sit.
step 2: get your espresso on. you want an excellent, rich crema.
step 3: pour milk into espresso. i, clearly, am not very good at doing that while taking a picture. shut up.
step 4: enjoy the beauty of your work!
mmmmm...
love love,
kjp.
I am soooo jealous of that latte machine! Steamed milk is the best thing in the world.
