in class last night, we made truffles. lots of truffles!
{dark chocolate fruit & nut truffles}
{milk chocolate raspberry truffles}
{white chocolate raspberry truffles with pistachios}
{chocolate peanut butter truffles with toasted pecans}

ReplyDeleteOkay, so they are gorgeous. But, are the peanut bittur balls as good as grandma's?
ReplyDeleteno where near as good. of course. but i think i can use the piping technique with grandma's to make my life a lot easier. chunky peanutbutter chunks probably wont efficiently fit through the tip, but i think i'll roll them in peanuts, like we did last night.
