truffles!

in my future cafe & bake shop, we are going to serve truffles in addition to cupcakes.  & tons of other amazing things.  but definitely truffles & cupcakes.  both are really pretty, really fun to make, & leave you so much room to be creative.


by the way, i've already named said shop.  but i'm not going to tell you.  it's a secret for now!

in class last night, we made truffles.  lots of truffles! 

{dark chocolate fruit & nut truffles}

 {milk chocolate raspberry truffles}

 {white chocolate raspberry truffles with pistachios}

 {chocolate peanut butter truffles with toasted pecans}

you're excited about the future cupcakes & truffles bakeshop & cafe.  i know.

  1. Okay, so they are gorgeous. But, are the peanut bittur balls as good as grandma's?

  2. no where near as good. of course. but i think i can use the piping technique with grandma's to make my life a lot easier. chunky peanutbutter chunks probably wont efficiently fit through the tip, but i think i'll roll them in peanuts, like we did last night.

    it's worth a college try.
