julie & haley were missed dearly, as i begun my first solo christmas candy extravaganza. two full days of candy making, & all 150 peanut butter balls & 100 amaretto balls are finished!
{not wrapped. not even started to wrap. not even started to cut plastic wrap yet. but i will press on.}
these recipes are my wonderful grandmother's, so i will not be sharing her secrets. but know...they are fabulous & made with so much love.
{my amazing new double boiler.
it is only one pot.
which means water wont spit up onto the chocolate.
unless you accidentally fill it too high & accidentally let it bowl.
then it will still get onto the chocolate & ruin it.
but i will never make that mistake again.
so the double boiler is super amazing.}
