you're invited to experience the amazing-ness that was my bachelorette party.

the amazing women that made up my bridal party threw me the BEST bachelorette party in march before the wedding.  cari, haley, julie, ashley, shannon, & emily - i love you all!

the fabulous mpresscards created some spectacular invitations, which included a silhouette of my wedding day kate spade pumps! 

                                                                                              

cari & julie decorated the entire house the morning of the party - pink pink everywhere!  the paper puffs hanging from the ceiling were handmade...beautiful fabrics were hung up around the house...yummy candy, pretty pumps, & little sayings were placed everywhere.  my favorite of the sayings was actually something i said while chatting with cari online many months before:  "is $325 too much to pay for BM shoes?  haha.  jk.  but have GORGEOUS are these?"  seriously, they were gorgeous.

everyone was instructed to bring a few old bridesmaid or prom dresses with them to the party.  after all of my beautiful friends arrived, we changed into a few of the lovely "gowns".  my first gown is my mother-in-law's wedding dress!  everything up to this point was a surprise - i love surprises.  so as far as i know, we are just going to hang out in the funny dresses.  well, i was wrong.  the girls hired Simon of Simon Hurst Photography to capture a photo shoot of us in our dresses!  this was one of the most fun things i have ever done!  please please enjoy:

                                     

   

                        

                                                 

                             

                                                       

                           

                                       

                                              

                                       

                                                            

                                                      

after the super fun morning waltzing around in our dresses acting like movie stars, we have a wonderful-filled afternoon of manis & pedis & massages, a wine tasting at put a cork in it, my favorite dinner at cheever's, & drinks at cafe do brasil. 

this day was so much more than i could have ever imagined.  you girls are truly the best friends anyone could find.
