y'all. this was my first full week of work without prepping for my own absence &/or prepping for a holiday &/or prepping for a special event at work &/or prepping for a special event at home. so i got to bake some neat stuff. it was awesome & so much fun.
for our new special winter cupcake, i made a blackberry cabernet chocolate cupcake with a blackberry cabernet italian frosting!
{the most delicious blackberries macerated in cabernet.
i wish you could taste this concoction.}
& for my second creation, i made raspberry chocolate cheesecake with a pistachio & graham cracker crust! yummm.
